On arrival at your chosen studio at your allotted time, you will have a portrait session for your baby, with a professional photographer. A viewing appointment will then take place after the portrait session where you can choose your package entitlement and order any additional photos you might like. You will then book a date for your next session.

You will have three photographic sessions in total (on average to be taken when the child is 4, 8 and 12 months old).

At the end of the photoshoot, you will be invited to a viewing session either on the same day or on another date (location dependent) to view the photos and asked to select your favourite one plus any additional ones you would like to purchase.

• Under 21’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• All the family are welcome to come to watch the photoshoot too or even join in (please check this at the time of booking)
• A p&p charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

You should expect to spend approximately 1 hour at the venue on each visit. The portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes.

Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary.

Only one voucher may be used per household within a 12 month period.

The recipient will receive the voucher with all the information to book their experience.
