On arrival at the studio at your allotted time, you and your family will have a portrait session with a professional photographer. The photographer will work with you to achieve the perfect picture. A viewing appointment will take place after the portrait session for you to choose your complimentary package entitlement and order any additional photos that you might like.

Some studios can not offer viewings immediately after the portrait session, but a convenient appointment will be made to view and choose your image at a later date; please check when you make the booking whether you will need to return.

• Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• At least two generations/three or more people must attend the portrait session. The maximum number of participants varies depending on location due to the size of the studio but the majority of the studios can take 10+ people at a time (please check when making your booking)
•  A fully refundable booking deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

You should expect to spend 1 hour at the studio. The portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes.

Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary.

Only one voucher may be used per household within a 12 month period.

The recipient will receive the voucher with all the information to book their experience.
