On arrival at the studio at your allotted time, you will have a portrait session with a professional photographer. The photographer will work with you to achieve the perfect picture. A viewing appointment will take place after the portrait session for you to choose your package entitlement and order any additional photos that you might like.

Some studios can not offer viewings immediately after the portrait session, but a convenient appointment will be made to view and choose your image at a later date; please check when you make the booking whether you will need to return.

• Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• A p&p charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session.
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location.

Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

You should expect to spend 1 hour at the studio. The portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes.

Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary.

Only one voucher per household may be used within a 12 month period.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
